Designing your new home with Homes by WestBay will be a fun and engaging process. You'll be able to choose all the details that go into making your home your own. Our Design Consultants will work with you every step of the way.
Step 1
Preview Orientation Meeting
At your Preview Orientation Meeting you will meet your dedicated Design Consultant at our 6,500 sq ft Design Studio located in Riverview, FL. Once here you will touch, feel, oooh and ahhh your way through thousands of design samples to start bringing your vision of home to life. This is just a preview of what's to come, so take it all in and familiarize yourself with our selection of finishes, materials, colors, and sizes. You will not be asked to lock in your design choices at this meeting.
Step 2
Make Your Wishlist Selections
You will have access to our digital library of design options via your very own Design Studio Wishlist online portal. Here, you will be able to browse through design options and pricing at your own convenience. We strongly recommend utilizing this tool to narrow down your selections prior to your Design Studio Appointment, where you will be locking in your selections.
Step 3
Design Studio Appointment (Finalize Your Selections)
Your Design Studio Appointment is a momentous day! Be prepared to spend most of the day with your Design Consultant at our Design Studio, where you will be finalizing your home's design selections. Your Design Consultant will be there every step of the way to help as much or as little as you'd like. At the end of your Design Studio Appointment, you will lock in your new home's design selections and pricing. After your Design Studio Appointment, we will move full steam ahead on the construction of your new home: purchase orders will be sent out, plans will be submitted for county permitting, trades will be scheduled, and more. You are one step closer to getting the keys to your new home!

From I-275 N take Exit 2 towards E Brandon, and merge onto FL-618 Toll E/Selmon Expy. Take Exit 13 for US-301 S, continue for approx. 1 mile and then turn left onto Crescent Park Dr. At the next traffic light turn left and immediately right into industrial park.
